Hello, my name is Kyle. I am 23 years old and currently live in Chico. I was born and raised in Livermore and has been a lifelong animal lover. My first job growing up was taking care of my good friend’s dog while they were on vacation. Since then, I have had short and long-term pet sitting experiences. Outside of animals, in my free time, I enjoy writing, camping, and music. I am excited to be a member of the Sitter For Your Critters team and look forward to the opportunity of meeting and taking care of your pet.
Jonathan is a 23 year old with a passion for science, music, and animals. His love for animals stems from his experiences growing up around his father’s reptiles and the family cat in their little home in the Bay Area. There, Jonathan learned to properly handle and care for different species of lizards, snakes, and tortoises while also pet-sitting dogs and cats around the neighborhood. After studying biology at San José State, he moved to Chico where he currently lives with his girlfriend and their sweetheart Beagle, Penny. Jonathan can’t wait to share his passion for animals with you and to become your pets’ new best friend!
Christina is 31 years old and loves animals and crafting. She moved to Chico last August with her husband, three cats, and a black lab. Christina has had a fascination with animals for as long as she can remember. She made best friends with her first dog when she was four years old and has been enthralled with domestic and wild creatures ever since. In her childhood Christina nursed many baby birds and frogs back to health. She started working for the Butte Humane Society as an adoption counselor in 2015. She felt the best part was working with dogs who were fearful of people due to their previous living conditions and socializing with them one on one until they started to trust again. One that stands out the most to her was this puppy, Anala. Anala came from a bad situation and was terrified of people, wouldn’t go near anyone. Which broke Christina’s heart. Christina made it her mission to help Anala built trust in people again. She sat in Analas’ kennel for hours every day trying to build her trust. Eventually, Anala would sit on Christina’s lap and play. Christina was able to find Anala a very good home a few days after that. Christina is really looking forward to meeting you and your fur-babies.
